Franklin Covey Binders | Franklin Covey Binders

You can build your own system in a simple 3 step process which involves firstly selecting your planner pages, secondly selecting your starter kit and finally selecting your Franklin Covey binder.
Check out Franklin Covey planners here.

Step 1-Planner pages

The planner pages gives you a huge choice of design, size(pocket, compact, classic and monarch), start date allowing you to start at any point in the year rather than just January and format(either daily or weekly).

Because of the massive range of combinations to choose from given all of the different variables above Franklin Covey introduced 4 planner groups to make the decision easier for you.

These planner groups are MasterPlan,EasyPlan,DateManager and Noteworthy.

Franklin Covey Refill | Franklin Covey Refills Options | Franklin Covey Binders

With a Franklin Covey refill there’s usually a lot to think about. For some it’s all a matter of having all the days of the week and dates in the right place, while for others it’s all about personal style.

There are plenty of Franklin Covey refills available and at a wide price range. Taking a look at what Franklin Covey is pretty much what we’re all about today, so let’s do it.

Franklin Covey has been making day planners and refills for them since 1984. This was in addition to the coaching program in personal and business organization that the company was promoting domestically and abroad. These folks know how to keep things on point. Keeping that in mind definitely lends some credibility to their day planner refills.

Where can these refills be found? Nearly everywhere you can buy paper and planners. To find that perfect Franklin Covey refill though, you might as well shop online. The prices are a little less and though you might have to wait a bit for shipping, planning ahead won’t leave you wondering who you are supposed to have lunch with on Thursday.

Case study - to invest or wait?

Is it a good time now to invest in REITS? Here is my view.

Globalization - benefits and harms

Many people think that globalization has benefited the world. They overlooked the harm and negative impact brought about my globalization. My view is that it has caused more harm than good. There is also an alternative to globalization for the inflow of capital and jobs. My views are in this article.

Franklin Covey Planners-A Review | Franklin Covey Binders

The Metropolitan from Franklin Covey is a classic page size of 5.5 inches by 8.5 inches and gives you one year of two pages per week pages.
It features silver and black styling on it’s pages and has vertical schedule columns and To Do notes for every day of the week.
It also features a two page monthly calendar with space down the side for notes. It has a very functional design and you are afforded the opportunity, as with all Franklin Covey planners, to choose the size that you prefer (Pocket, Classic and Monarch) and the start date.
The price ranges from about $13 to $23 depending on your choices.

Fake insurance policy

Read this story.

If you are investing a large sum of money, do not hand it to an insurance agent. Make the payment directly to the insurance company. The policy may be fake.

Joint Child Custody and Joint Custody Child Support | Child Joint Custody

Child joint custody may be confirmed and documented by the family court, but it is really an agreement that is reached by the parents.  In true joint child custody, both parents would maintain a residence for the children and each parent would take them on alternate days of the weeks.  This kind of joint custody would work in a case where there was an amicable divorce and both parents resided in the same town.

Benefit illustration

There are two formats for the benefit illustration given to the buyer of a life insurance policy:

  • participating policy
  • invsetment-linked policy
Both are difficult for the buyer to understand. They contain several hundred figures. The most important figures are hidden among these many figures and are usually not explained by the insurance agent.

To know what figures to look for and where to find the figures, read the FAQs in my website, www.tankinlian.com/ask.aspx. Search for "benefit illustration" and look for the FAQs that explain the format of the benefit illustration that you are given.

Rejected claim under Private Shield Plan

Read the case study of a retiree who was badly advised by the insurance agent to upgrade to a Private Shield plan. He went for treatment and chose a private ward, thinking that the Shield plan would cover the higher cost. After incurring $7,000 in medical bills, the claim was rejected as the insurance company said that he did not declare his diabetic condition. He was not aware that he was suffering from diabetes, and his doctor did not advised him to take medication.

If he had gone to B2, the bill for the survey (not connected to diabetes) would have been much lower and would be covered by basic Medishield.

Read the case study in www.tankinlian.com/ask.aspx (search for "rejected claim")

Advice: Do not upgrade to Private Shield when you are old. There will be medical conditions that you are not aware of, which will cause the claim to be rejected for non-disclosure.

Read my FAQ on "Medishield and Private Shield" to find out the difference in medical bills, government subsidy, coverage under the Shield plan and the co-payment that has to be paid by you..
