M V Land (developer of Midview City) has been giving me a lot of hassle, asking for one deposit after another. If I don't pay the deposit, they will refuse to allow my contractors to deliver the furniture. This is like extortion.
I faxed this letter to them on 26 January. There is no reply for 2 weeks. They reflect the behavior that is quite common in Singapore - give a lot of hassle to other people, and do not reply to their letter. When asked, the usual excuse - we did not receive your letter. I know that this is not true - they don't know how to reply.
Anyway, I shall send them another letter.
