Satterwhite Log Homes

Amplify’d from prefabgaragesreport.com

One of the best things about this company is that they are involved in all phases of the industry. They take great pride in the fact they get all of their wood construction materials from standing dead timber. The forest where they get their timber is full of trees that have been killed by beetles. The beetles eat the green, but leave the wood intact. The trees that Satterwhite chooses are ones that have been dead for years. (Check out Southland log homes and Blue Ridge log cabins)

Fee-weary customers breaking from big banks

Cory and Stephanie Heck are in the midst of doing what countless other Bank of America customers have threatened. In response to the bank's plan to charge $5 per month for using debit cards, they're switching banks.

"We work too hard to have to pay to access our money," said Cory Heck, 31, a Bank of America customer for about four years.

"For me, it's a customer service issue," said Stephanie, also 31, a human resources manager. "As a customer, they haven't treated us the way I would expect to be treated."

The Hecks are far from alone. A growing number of big bank customers, angry about new debit card usage fees, harder-to-avoid checking accounts fees and rising ATM surcharges, are taking their frustrations and their business elsewhere.

"They're coming over in big chunks," said David Glaser, vice president of National Capital Bank, a family run, two-branch community bank in Washington D.C. He estimated that 80 percent of the new accounts opened in the three weeks since news broke about the $5 debit card fees have been opened by customers of the Charlotte, N.C.-based Bank of America Corp.

And not all of those switching would even get charged the debit fee. "I had a woman bring me a quarter of a million dollars, Glaser said. "She would not have paid the $5 fee, she just didn't like the idea."

There's even a campaign, dubbed "Bank Transfer Day" that has more than 11,500 people pledging on Facebook to switch financial institutions by Nov. 5. Most say they are headed to credit unions.

That's the choice made by the Hecks. After they searched for options in their hometown of Royal Oak, Mich., they decided to become members of Genisys Credit Union.

Most credit unions are small, nonprofit membership organizations, that don't charge any fees or have low fees for their basic accounts. The Bethpage Federal Credit Union of Long Island, N.Y., is even offering a certificate with a lifetime "no fee guarantee" to its customers.

Bethpage President and CEO Kirk Kordeleski said it has opened more than 1,500 new accounts in the two weeks after the Bank of America debit fee was announced, greater than twice the normal pace. "People are literally walking into branches and cutting up their Bank of America cards."

Offering the no-fee guarantee was easy, said Kordeleski, because the credit union has always offered free checking. "Credit unions owned the free checking business in the '80s and '90s, because banks typically had a monthly fee at that time," he said.

Debit cards and overdraft fees played a big roll in changing the landscape. Banks were able to regain their earnings from monthly checking fees with steady fee income paid by the retailers for debit card transactions. And they changed policies to ratchet up overdraft fees as well.

Now that regulations are limiting overdraft charges and capping debit card transaction fees, banks are turning back to customers to cover the cost of maintaining their accounts. The availability of free checking accounts declined in 2010 for the first time since 2003, according to a recent report by the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.

It's not the first time a popular movement has encouraged consumers to dump big banks. During the 2009 holiday season, The Huffington Post got behind the "Move Your Money" project, which used the image of the good-guy community banker played by Jimmy Stewart in the movie "It's a Wonderful Life," to encourage customers of the banking world's "Mr. Potters" to find alternatives.

That campaign got some traction, but didn't result in a significant number of defections.

"'Move Your Money' was good for credit unions, there's no question. But this seems to be a more visceral reaction this time," said Bill Cheney, CEO of the Credit Union National Association, an industry group. "People aren't just doing it because they like credit unions, they're doing it because they're mad at their bank."

But are people angry enough to make the effort to switch accounts? Consider that they'd be leaving big banks offering wide ATM networks, mobile banking apps and other conveniences that smaller institutions may have trouble matching.

"Consumers are saying they're mad as hell," said Mark Schwanhausser, a financial services analyst with Javelin Strategy & Research. "The question in my mind is, whether they're at that stage of saying 'And I'm not going to take it anymore.'"

The fact is that switching banks can be a hassle. It takes time and effort to find new banks and compare their fees. And while it's easy enough to open an account online, switching often ends up requiring a visit to a branch. Then there's the need to shift direct deposits, electronic bill payments, automatic transfers and the rest of the details associated with modern banking.

"There's a lot more anger than there is action," Schwanhausser said.

His research has shown the more reliant customers are on online banking or mobile banking, the less likely they are to make the switch, even after they open a new account elsewhere.

Some banks and credit unions offer switch kits, that can help a customer through the process. A handful have even contracted a new service called "SwitchAgent" that does most of the work of switching preauthorized bill payments and direct deposits for the individual. But even that helping hand requires the customer to gather account numbers and other details to get it in motion.

"You can complain or you can change," Schwanhausser said, who called this a "Netflix" moment for the big banks. "The consumer is going to be forced to decide how important is convenience? How important is undoing this relationship I have?"

Extended Used Car Warranties - What's the Best?

Shopping around for the top extended used car warranty should begin with you looking into legitimate companies that offer legitimate extended warranty coverage. Now, this seems like a logical thing to do, but many look for the cheapest deal without even looking into the business.

There are tons of extended warranty scams out there looking to rip you off. Even the most legitimate car warranty companies from dealerships are ripping people off for thousands of dollars,. They simply hike up the price on the extended warranties, which costs you lots of money in the end. Why? Because they have to make their profit. Now, unless you've looked around thoroughly and have seen what's out there, you wouldn't realize a scam artist if he bonked you on the head.

We Buy Any Car

Don't be fooled by dealerships either -- everyone knows they're in the game, not to help you save money, but to help themselves make money. We never really know the true value of a car or warranty we're purchasing because that is never revealed to us before the dealership markup happens. Then, a lot of people are unaware of what's covered under their expensive extended warranty. Well, with all the money your spending on a dealership extended warranty, you should have everything covered -- wouldn't you think? Unfortunately, this isn't the case. Most of the time, air conditioners, the engine or other internal parts aren't covered.

When you're browsing around, for extended used car warranties, it is very important that you are able to compare the benefits and coverage offered before you buy anything. Don't be too in a rush to buy an extended warranty because it could blindside you. Make an educated decision and you'll reap the benefits of your choice, which should hopefully be great coverage. Compare quotes online and you'll avoid dealing with dealers who charge up to 400% to 500% more for warranties. Save money, it's the smart thing to do.

How to make the PAP work in your favour

Dear Mr. Tan,

In 1993, the retirement age for Singapore workers was raised from 55 to 60, and then in 1999, it was raised again from 60 to 62. Amazingly, during these 18 years (1993-2011), a local university has stubbornly stuck to a retirement age of 55 for their academic staff. Only recently and as a sigh of relief to their staff, the university has finally raised the retirement age from 55 to 62.

Can you imagine what it is like to be forced to retire at 55? During the past 18 years, is it possible that PAP were not aware what this university was doing? With regard to the recent change at the university, could it be to do with the 2011 GE results? So, what could not be changed in 18 years, has now been changed which coincide with six opposition MP in the Parliament. Can you imagine what could happen with more opposition MP?

So, do you know how to make PAP work in your favour?

How Do You Make Money earn Online ?

If you learn how other people make money online, I mean really study how it’s done and ask a lot of questions, there is no reason in the world you cannot make money on the internet as well.
How do people make money with websites? There are literally tens of thousands of things people make money on from the net. From hard goods of all kinds (anything that can be shipped, including cars and boats!) to information and memberships.

People make money selling insurance, car parts, reports on every imaginable topic people want to know more about, selling affiliate products, and even fundraising for charity!

That’s right! People make money helping their favorite charities raise money. By creating an in-demand product for a charity to sell to their members, and letting them keep at least 50%, you can make money as a professional fundraiser.

I know someone who makes money selling a dog biscuit and dog food cookbook! That’s right, a cookbook for dog lovers to make treats for their pets. I told you! Anything goes on the net as long as there are buyers looking for what you sell.

It’s truly mind boggling how some people make money online. You just have to be creative and understand how the net works and how people shop online. You have to know how to get into the search engines so people can find you.

And most of all you need a couple good ideas, or find other people with great ideas and sell THEIR stuff for commission! There is no excuse for failure – the world of internet marketing is your oyster!

There are tons of resource sites that can help you understand every single minute detail of making money online from setting up a website to choosing a hosting service to taking credit cards and filling orders. There’s nothing else like it in the world.

I have a site that helps people find ways to make money online. I make money with information products, and help others learn how to make money online doing the same thing.

Some people make money on Ebay auctioning things people are searching for right now all over the world. Still other people sell their time as Virtual Assistants helping busy executives and other business owners complete mundane but important tasks the business owner has no time to do.

With some referrals, over time you can be busier than you ever imagined with clients beating down your door because they heard you do great work at reasonable rates. All this without ever meeting ANY of your clients face-to-face. Working online makes working for people in other countries a snap, as long as you speak the language, it’s no different than if the person you sell to or work with lives right down the street.

Bottom line: You CAN make money online if you are the type of person who is a self-starter and motivated to work toward your goals even when the going gets tough.

Some Freeway to make money online

Great benefits await those working at home. Manageable stress levels, you have greater control over the pressures of your private life and work life. Income will be proportional to the amount of work rendered. Basically, it means if you want to earn more, work more, or become more productive. You do not have to wait for a boss to give you a raise. Members of the family can all help in the business. One of the greatest advantages home based business has is that you save on rental costs.

Do you have the passion for cooking? Do you have delicious secret recipes? Operating a food stand may be for you. Since you are planning to make it a home based business, check first if there is a good market for it. If your home is near a basketball court, near a transport terminal, school or any place were many people converge, your location is feasible for a food stand business. Figure out what type of food would best suit your market. Pizza stand, Ice cream, Fish balls, hotdogs, hamburgers, waffles, steamed dumplings, barbeque, congee, and noodle soups. If you want, you can do combinations of these, for instance, hotdog and hamburger stand, dumpling and noodle soups. Custom build an attractive stand. Search for builders of food carts.

Register your business and business name in the department of trade. Do some marketing, roam around your neighborhood distributing product brochures or flyers. Highlight competitive advantages of your food products. For example, strict usage of organic ingredients, hygienic preparation, high quality ingredients, and use of purified water for drinks, so on and so forth. Learning the financial aspect of your business is very important. Simple record keeping of how much sales you are making, how much inventory you have, how much operating costs, like electricity, water, and gas for cooking. These data would enable you to manage and make intelligent business decisions. An example of this is if the price of hamburger buns have a significant impact on cost, you can decide to search for lower cost buns offering the same quality or buy in bulk if shelf life is not an issue.

Unless you live in an area with a real big market for your products, this type of home based business will not earn much. The good news however, is that you could expand your business to include other products. Start with fish ball business, then add barbeque, hamburgers, and hotdogs, gradually add one product at a time. It is possible that your recipe for pizza is such a big hit that you could sell a franchise of your business. Earn royalties and money from food supplies delivered to other branches. If you master managing your small business, you might become so proud of yourself that you will opt for a bigger home based business. A hotdog and hamburger stand can eventually become a bakeshop. Supply hamburger and hotdog buns to other food stands. The possibilities are endless, always remember to start small and think big.

Make Money Online With Ebay

eBay... I hope you've heard of that by now. If you haven't, you can go check that out right now at ebay.com.

eBay is a huge auction site, but I think most people don't realize that there's SO much more than auctions going on there. What you can do, is actually set up niche stores there and you even have the option to sell stuff at a fixed price, although the most popular way to sell there is still through auctioning it out so people can bid and the highest bidder gets it.

So how do you start making money there?

Well, go down in your basement, look for old things to put in your new eBay store. The more the merrier, right?

That's one idea, you can also try the attic if you have one.

If you're serious, you can look for wholesale companies or dropshippers. Dropshippers are cool because they'll just deliver the stuff to your customers and you don't have to carry any stock.

Go to yard sales, fairs and markets and buy stuff cheaply, and sell them at a higher price on eBay. If you're a crafty guy or gal, make your own stuff and sell it. Like, if you knit, you could sell ponchos or whatever.

Just get some stuff and put it up there. Eventually you'll need to go out and buy new things to sell, because you'll run out of things eventually. Look for offers where you can get things in bulk.

Another tip is to NOT just sell random stuff. Try to target a certain niche market. If people just see you throw up everything you find they won't take you as seriously. So, try to target a certain market, like mentioned above, knitting.

Knitting supplies, needles, scarves, hats, yarns you name it. If it's got to do with knitting, you're there. You want to become trustworthy, so when people need something, they'll come to you first.

So how do you decide what to sell?

If you go to eBay, you'll find a page called the Seller Central, and there's a link there called "what's hot" look through that and you'll get a real feel for what people want right now. If you're able to sell any of that stuff, that's gold. So start there. If not, there's people wanting to buy stuff in pretty much every niche market, so you can just sell what you can sell, if that makes sense.

Before you start selling you should keep a few things in mind, you know, eBay won't allow you to sell just anything.

You are NOT allowed to sell things like:

*Illegal items or things that encourage illegal activity.
*Items that are ethnically or racially inappropriate.
*Listings that do not offer an item or service for sale.
*Services that are illegal or sexual in nature.
*Listings that promote giveaways, raffles, random drawings or prizes.

eBay also has very specific requirements when it comes to listing reproductions or perishable items, so you better avoid those or be extremely careful.

If eBay sounds like a lot of work... You should know that I don't even have an eBay store up anymore, because I found that another much simpler business model that is much more profitable. No selling is involved so you're not dependant on people in the same way and you don't have to worry about traffic or any of that.

Top Ways To Make Money Online .

The internet is creating many new opportunities for people to make money right from the comfort of their own home. However the path to success on the internet is not always easy and it requires a commitment on your part to learn the skills necessary to succeed. Here are a few ways people are making money online:

Affiliate Marketing:

This is most likely the most popular way to make money as it requires very little money or time to get started. Affiliate marketing simply involves selling other people's products and you receive a commission on each sale.

The obvious benefit to this is that you do not need to spend the time and money to create your own product. The challenge can be to select the right kind of affiliate program to start with. It is important to pick a suitable program that is reputable and has a good track record.

There are a lot of different affiliate networks out there that have many great affiliate programs to choose from. Commission Junction, Clickbank and Linkshare are among some of the more regularly used affiliate networks and they all contain many great affiliate programs.

Clickbank can be a great place to start since it is very easy to begin as there is no approval process. All you need to do is select a program and then create your affiliate link and you are good to go. The other networks will usually require you to create a site focused on that program in order for you to qualify for their affiliate program.

Promotion is the next step once you have found an appropriate affiliate program. It is often the best idea to create a website of your own and learn to take advantage of free search engine traffic. Register a domain name that has the main keyword of the niche you are in, this may help you get better search engine rankings.

For instance if you are in the 'acne' niche then you may want to target keywords like acne treatment or acne products so you could register a domain like bestacnesolutions dot com or some slight variation to that. Make sure that you are adding informative articles related to your niche on your site and at the bottom of your articles you can make some product recommendations.

The best way to promote your site is probably to write articles and distribute them to article directories like Ezinearticles. This will help to establish you as an authority figure and also help to increase your sites ranking since you will be building links too.

Making Money With Adsense:

Adsense is another fantastic program to make money online. This program is really for those that have or are planning to create sites that will get good amounts of traffic. All you need to do is place the adsense in the right way so you can maximize the income from it.

It is a good idea to make your ads look as little like ads as possible. Make sure that the links on your ads match those of your website as far as color is concerned and also ensure that you have some adsense ads within your sites main content.

Add some ads right in your main content like an article by having the words in the article wrap around the ads. Also avoid the banner format adsense ad since it has been shown to perform the worst. These are some of the tops ways money is being made online so get started today on your path to internet wealth

6 Ways To Make Money With A Town Or City Portal Website

Owning a town or city portal website is a great way for you to make money online by providing local residents with the information they are looking for about local businesses products and services, and making money by providing advertising for local business owners. Aside from making money from allowing local business owners to advertise on your portal, there are several other ways that you can monetise a portal website. In this article I’ll outline 5 other ways that you can make money with a town portal website.

1. CPA networks. These are networks that pay a commission on a visitor taking some kind of action, like buying a product or signing up for a free offer. Joining one of these networks you can offer visitors to your portal website products or services that are outside your local area but of interest to your local visitors. This could include insurance services, loans service, telecom services to name just a few.

2. Very similar to CPA networks, affiliate marketing allows you to offer your visitors with products or services that may interest them. For instance, if you take a look through the Commission Junction Marketplace you could find products or services that you know will be of interest to people in your local area.

3. It’s long been known in the Internet marketing world that Private Label Rights products are a lucrative way of making money online. However, choosing the right products you could use PLR to make money from your local website visitors. As an example you could find a PLR product about green living, a subject close to many peoples hearts, and sell it via your portal website.

4. JV brokering. As the owner of the portal website you will come into contact with many local business owners and many of these owner, who by the way will know very little about marketing their business, may have complementary products or services that they could offer to each other customers. By being the middleman in bringing these business owners together, you can charge a fee to bring about these Joint Ventures.

5. In a similar theme to JV s and allowing business owners to advertise on your portal, you could allow business owners to plac coupons on your website, saving them money and making you money.

6. Provide a website design and marketing service. Getting a portal website to rank highly in the search engines isn’t a difficult task. Using minimal Internet Marketing skills you can easily get your portal to rank well, and the good news is that it isn’t very difficult to do the same for local business owners. Even better you don’t need to do it yourself, using what you have learnt in the Internet Marketing arena you can outsource most of the tasks required, including website design, article writing and direct response marketing. You simple become a project manager, taking a large cut of the profits for yourself.

Owning a town or city portal website opens up a huge amount of opportunities for anyone with minimal Internet Marketing knowledge to make money in many different ways.

3 of the Easiest Steps to Make Money Online

Making money online isn t rocket science. It s very simple actually. Below is a simple and short guide of the important things you ll need to know in order to make money online

First The Right Partner (Affiliates)

I recommend that you sign up with an affiliate network like Clickbank, Commission Junction or Rocket Profits. There are a lot of them out there. Just do a google search for affiliate network and a bunch of them will pop up. The other option is to find a site that has a product or service that you d like to promote and join there affiliate program. The important thing to remember is to find an affiliate site that you think has a great landing page. The page should be good enough to sell you on the product. Remember that people are not stupid. They think just like you and me and there buying habits are the same as ours...to some degree.

Second Wear a Mask (The art of deception)

After you ve signed up for there affiliate program you need to hide your affiliate ID or tracking number. You can do that easily by registering your own domain name and having it forwarded to your affiliate link. Register your domain name with a reputable source such as; Yahoo, Godaddy or Network Solutions. Besides the fact that you won t have to worry about someone steeling your domain name from underneath you, these better known companies have easy to use interfaces that allow you to forward your domain quickly and painlessly. By having a forwarded domain you are preventing the buyer from becoming leery of a super long domain name on the home page and increasing the probability that the buyer will trust the site enough to make a purchase.

Example:
Without domain forwarding your link would look something like this www.joeshmoe.FrankiesComics.com

With domain forwarding the buyer would see something like this: www.FranksComics.com

Third Time to Reel in The Dough (Marketing = Money)

Marketing....It s all about the marketing (really...it is!). Use a mix of Pay Per Click search engines. Most people go with Yahoo, Google, and MSN, but don t spend most of your budget there. Try using the less commonly used search engines to get more bang for your buck. I would suggest Exoclick, Lycos (great results) Myspace and facebook. Using a combination of the major search engines and the less common ones will ensure that you are using your marketing dollars wisely and at the same time reaching the customers that your competitors are overlooking.

Other marketing methods that have proven results are:

Online Classified Ads UsFreeAds and Craigslist both work great.

YouTube Videos Make a video that displays your domain name. Try to make it a funny video or a how to video.

Join Google Groups Join a bunch of Google Groups, but do not spam people. First, send links on the message board that people will find funny in order to build there trust. After you ve done that for about 3 to 7 times you should send your link out with a head line similar to: Is This For Real?

Be Creative Remember...try to be one step ahead of the other guy and keep pushing the limits to what you can and can t do. If you fall...get back up and try again.

Good Luck and Much Success

With some referrals, over time you can be busier than you ever imagined with clients beating down your door because they heard you do great work at reasonable rates. All this without ever meeting ANY of your clients face-to-face. Working online makes working for people in other countries a snap, as long as you speak the language, it’s no different than if the person you sell to or work with lives right down the street. Bottom line: You CAN make money online if you are the type of person who is a self-starter and motivated to work toward your goals even when the going gets tough.

How To Make Money With Garage Sales

Drive through almost any neighborhood in any city or town on
a weekend, and you're sure to see garage sales scattered
throughout.

These homeowners are spending their weekend time off making
money. The average profit is $600 for a one-weekend garage
sale.

It's time to get your share of the pie. Organization is the
key.

Step one: Check with the local officials to see what the
local laws and regulations are on operating garage sales in
your area.

Step two: Spend a few weekends going to garage sales in
your area. See what is selling, what people are buying, how
the items are priced, how the sellers advertise. Observe
how the sellers display their items. Take notes.

Step three: Clean house and take stock of what you have and
what it's time to get rid of. Be sure to pick out at least
one interesting and unusual item to call
attention to your sale; some large ticket item you can set
up in front of your home during your sale.

If you find older items such as dishes, a painting, an old
flower urn etc. that you feel it's time to dispose of have
it appraised. You don't want to sell something for 50 cents
only to find out later it was an antique valued at $500.00.
You can be sure there are garage sale shoppers who are on
the lookout for just this kind of treasure.

Step four: Pick a date for your sale. The best time to
have a garage sale is twice a year in May or September.
People will be out shopping for summer items in May and
winter items in September.

Never pick a holiday weekend such as Mother's Day or Labor
Day. Holiday festivities will get the attention of most
people.

The best days for your garage sale are Thursday, Friday, and
Saturday.

Step five: Advertise, advertise and advertise some more.
Place ads in the local newspaper, shopper guides, on
bulletin boards and even online. Place signs all over the
neighborhood with brightly colored letters, attached
balloons, etc.

Step six: Organize your sale. Put price stickers on your
items. Have a wide variety of clothing and jewelry and
arrange them in a rainbow of colors. Make sure jewelry and
appliances sparkle! Hang clothing on racks arranged in
sizes. Imagine that you are opening a retail store and copy
what the stores do.

If you have items that are hard to price and you think they
will not sell, put them in a penny box. And be sure to mark
the box "Penny Box" or "All items just 1 cent each".

Step seven: Timing. Consider starting at 7:00 a.m. instead
of 8:00 or 9:00. And close no later than 6:00 p.m. And
positively NEVER shut down for the noon hour! There are
people who work on weekends and will stop on their way to or
from work and shop during their lunch breaks.

As most customers will have come and gone by 1:00, noon hour
being the most active, you can start lowering prices after
1:00 p.m. On items you think will not sell at all, put them
in a box marked "Free".

And lastly, what doesn't sell take to the local Good Will or
other organization of your choice

Why Most Network Marketers Don t Make Money?

It is a well known fact that 97 of network marketers fail. So Only 3 succeed or make money in their online businesses. Many causes have been blamed for their failures.

I have been told by my uplines in the past that I just did not work hard enough, I did not buy adequate amounts of leads, I did not have more money to invest in my business, I have an accent and prospects do not generally like people talking to them with accents.

Other known causes of failures of network marketers mentioned are: companies with bad management resulting in bankruptcies, companies allegedly operating illegally were closed by the authorities, bad compensation plan and outmoded marketing system.

When I met my mentor recently he pointed out to me the 5 Pillars of a good and profitable company. I analyzed the popular companies that I joined in the past using the 5 Pillars criteria and the well known companies today and this is what I found: Most of these popular online companies require at least 2,000 active members for somebody to make $10,000 per month of residual income.

No wonder! The heavy hitters that joined these programs who could put two thousand to three thousand people when they join a company are very successful, while somebody who can can only sponsor 500 peopole or less became failures !

And my mentor showed me an e book which is a product of his 26 years experience in network marketing. And this e book showed me that it is not my fault that I failed in many companies, and this e book showed me how to succeed in my online business.

Then he showed me a 6 year old nutritional debt free ompany with superioir products with with excellent management with integrity and experience, with an excellent compensation plan. The best feature of this company is that you only need 350 ( three hundred fifty) active members to make $10,000 per month of residual income.

What is very significant with this company is that the management is composed of seasoned network marketers, who knoow hot to run the company for network marketers. They understand the members needs. They have been once through the aches and pains and difficulties that network marketers have undergone. So they devised a compensation plan that favors a new member make money even if he does not have thousands of of people in his downline.

Another great feature is the availability of the Free Mentoring System, by one of the mentors, who have 26 years of network marketing experience. His e book is free. He is the most active member of the company and gives his e book and mentoring services for free to anybody who is serious in building a downline in his online business. You can find the link in the author s box.

You will find the links of these important websites in the Authors box. So no more expensive leads. No more high cost of mentors, expensive methods or ebooks ! We have a Mentoring for Free proven duplicatable system with a very generous mentor who gives his time and services for free !

So welcome my friends. I am sharing my blessings to you . Contact me if you need my help.

One Way To Make Money Online

The junket last summer seemed like a throwback to another era: In June, a fledgling Web site packed 150 journalists, employees and contest winners onto a JetBlue plane, plied them with Skyy Vodka and Dos Equis Beer, and flew them to Las Vegas to spend the night at the Mirage. All expenses paid. The company plans to do a similar event again next year.

Recession? What recession?

Thrillist is among dozens of e-mail newsletters that are proving there are riches to be made in online niches. When Ben Lerer, 27, and cofounder Adam Rich, 28, were just launching their daily missives for men three years ago, Thrillist and other companies like it were dismissed as so Web 1.0.

After all, they didn’t sport profiles or post blogs or let users upload pictures. It was the social media sites that were attracting all of the attention and high valuations. E-mail newsletters - in which subscribers opt in to receive one e-mail a day - were, well, boring.

But as Facebook, MySpace (NWS, Fortune 500) and other social networking titans have struggled to turn a profit, the e-mail newsletter biz has been raking it in.

In August, Comcast (CMCSA, Fortune 500) paid roughly $125 million for DailyCandy.com, a Thrillist-for-women with 2.5 million subscribers in 10 cities who opt-in to their product and entertainment recommendations. DailyCandy is expected to post $10 million in profits this year on $25 million in revenues, according to a source close to the business.

Just a year after its launch, Ideal Bite, which sends daily environmental tips, sold to Disney (DIS, Fortune 500) in June for about $20 million.

And Thrillist? With just $1 million in funding so far, company profits recently hit seven figures.

The online lad mag has followed a typical recipe: Subscribers need to visit the Web site once - to sign up. Five days a week they receive an e-mail with a pithy editorial quip, with Friday’s mailing full of advertisements. Thrillist has sites for seven major cities including New York, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, and has a national newsletter as well. It has built a subscriber base of 500,000.

What’s more, the site identifies when people become disengaged by hitting the spam button on the newsletter and then automatically removes them from the list. This way, advertisers have some certainty that their pitches don’t always end up in the junk folder.

Each day’s entry has one recommendation - for a local bar or a Web site or a clothing brand. The voice is edgy. "For best results, you need a joke that is sophisticated and to have humor that is going to work for the post-college fratty guy, too," said Lerer.

A recent missive for a newly-opened boutique began: "A guy’s first pad tends to get furnished only as his activities demand: toilet paper holders and end tables are for people with girlfriends, and as long as your TV’s not sitting on the ground, you’re looking good."

It’s no surprise that this tone has attracted a readership of mostly young males, the most elusive group for advertisers to reach. Men aged 21-34 make up 73% of the audience, according to Lerer. Compare that to, say, Spike TV, the cable channel for men, which boasts on its Web site that 59% of its audience comprises men between 25-54.

No room for newcomers?

But before you get out your laptop and mock up a newsletter of your own, keep in mind that the competitive landscape has become very crowded.

The newsletter pioneer is Flavorpill.com, which bills itself as "a city guide for those who like to go out." There’s also UrbanDaddy.com, which promises to "keep you in the know." And IAC (IACI, Fortune 500) owns Veryshortlist.com, started by journalist Kurt Andersen, which offers a daily culture and entertainment fix.

What’s more, e-mail newsletters haven’t been spared from the chilly economy. There are rumors that IAC is trying to sell or close Veryshortlist.com, and Flavorpill laid off workers last month. But the overhead on these startups is often miniscule, and the subscriber base remains more constant than in other Web ad businesses where users come and go at will.

So how does a newsletter rise above the rest? It helps to be connected. Lerer is the son of former AOL executive and Huffington Post co-founder Ken Lerer, and the company’s funding comes from Pilot Group, an investment outfit founded by fellow AOL veteran Bob Pittman. Pittman has a growing expertise in this business, having also funded DailyCandy and IdealBite.

Lerer has designs on expansion. He’s launching Thrillist Invites, a list open only to current subscribers that touts free events. He’s taking advantage of three years of content to build out a Web site. And he’s talking with JetBlue and other sponsors about plans for next year’s big trip.

How NOT to Get Scammed by Make Money Online Business Offers.

So,you want to start your own business online, work from home.make some easy money.Well it can be done and there are sites out there that will help you,for a fee I assume. However 98 out there are just scams. So here is what to do before you buy into any offers.

The Internet can be used as an amazing money saving tool. Unfortunately, all good things have their bad side and the Internet can also be something that sucks your money away from you faster than you can say “www”. One of the worst ways that the Internet can cause you to lose money is by making you the victim of an online scam. There are tons of scams out there designed to take your money out of your pocket and put it into someone else’s bank account. So what can you do to make sure that you don’t get scammed online while trying to use the Internet to save money? Quite a few things actually.

Get Knowledgeable About Online Scams

The single most important thing that you can do to avoid getting scammed out of your money online is to arm yourself with knowledge about online scams. You should read up on this topic throughout the Internet to get a foundation of information about scams so that you know what’s out there. You should also regularly read news about the latest online scams. You can create an RSS feed in Google News with the phrase “online scam” to have headlines about that topic delivered directly to your computer. In this way, the Internet becomes a tool to protect you from online scams rather than to make you a victim of them. The more you know about online scams, the more likely it is that you’ll be able to avoid them.

Don’t Take Most Email Offers Seriously

If you get offers in your email inbox that say that they’re designed to save you money, you should probably delete them. Of course, there are exceptions to this rule. If you sign up for newsletters and website announcements about deals from your favorite websites then it’s perfectly fine to read through them for information on saving money. However, if you’re getting random announcements in your inbox that have anything to do with saving money or making money, you should be wary. We all know about those Nigerian bank schemes but those aren’t the only ones out there so make sure that you don’t fall prey to those types of email scams.

Be Careful About Who You Add on Social Networking Sites

If you use social networking sites like Facebook or LinkedIn or Twitter then you should be careful about who you add on those sites. Many people will use these sites to convince you to get involved in online scams. They do this by building up your trust through conversations on the site that seem friendly and then they recommend that you try out a deal online. There’s nothing wrong with making online connections but do some background research into who someone is before you make them your “friend”.

If It Sounds Too Good to Be True …

If you’re only going to follow one single rule about avoiding online scams then you should probably make that rule the one that says “if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is”. There are good deals out there but there are not magical deals that will give you a whole lot of something for nothing. If anything that you’re looking at online sounds like it’s too good to be true (whether you initiated it by visiting a website or someone else contacted you with an email or link) then you should assume that the deal probably has some sort of scam involved and you should proceed only with caution.

Ask Yourself If Things Are Appealing to your Emotions

One of the key ways to tell that something is a scam (online or offline) is to pay attention to whether the deal is giving you actual facts or just appealing to your emotions. For example, you may see a blog post about a really great cause for children that shares the stories of children in need. Your heartstrings are tugged and your purse strings open up. That’s fine and dandy but if there aren’t some facts and details involved that aren’t solely based on emotion then there is a good chance that you just got scammed out of your money.

Read the Fine Print

When it comes to any kind of financial transaction that is going to take place online, the best thing that you can do to protect yourself from scams is to actually take the time to read the fine print of the deal. Whenever you go to a website to purchase a product, there is required to be a terms and agreements for you to sign. You need to read that carefully, look out for red flags and areas of concern and make sure that you fully understand the details of the transaction so that you don’t get scammed.

Trust your Gut

If you spend enough time online then you probably already have a good gut sense about which deals on the Internet are real and which are scams. Unfortunately, we often ignore our gut instincts because we’re so hungry to get good deals online. If you learn to trust your gut then you’ll find that you probably avoid a lot of the online scams that otherwise might have sucked you in and taken your money out of your pocket.

Before you buy into an offer just make sure you read, listen to everything they are offering. You will eventually come across a genuine offer.GOOD LUCK.

e Money at Home Online How to Earn Money by Blogging

Did you start a blog because you wanted to make money at home online but you quickly ran out of things to write about? Perhaps you began blogging about your favorite hobby but after awhile, you stopped coming up with fresh ideas. All bloggers get some form of writer s block but there are a lot of ways you can keep coming up with new ideas every day to add more great content to your site and bring in more visitors.

One thing you should consider is to start niche blogging instead of writing about day to day things in your life or something that is of general interest to you. A niche blog is a website setup in a blog format that is geared toward a very specific topic. You then write many different articles talking about the topic in depth, usually recommending one or two products that might help your visitor solve his or her issue. This way, you will have a lot of variety and will never get bored of the topic. The most fun part about creating niche blogs is that you can make money from them!

Many new bloggers may not know how to monetize their blogs so that while they have fun writing content, they can also earn passive income. There are several ways to earn money with a blog. One idea is to create a review of an information product and when someone buys the product through your affiliate link, you will get a commission from the sale! Another popular method to make money on a niche blog is to place advertisements on it. Then when someone clicks on the ad, you get a percentage of the amount the advertiser paid to get their ad on your site. Not all niche blogs are created equal though. You have to know how to find out which niches are likely to make you more money.

The best blogging blueprint available online is The Niche Blogger program. It was started by a stay at home mom of four after she successfully paid off her debt from money she made online! The Niche Blogger program will take you by the hand, day by day, step by step so you don t miss one detail. The program itself is set up as a blog which makes it easy to stay organized and follow along. There is also a very helpful forum with friendly people willing to help and answer your questions. Check out The Niche Blogger and soon you will be on your way to passive income!
