High rental of hawker stall

I ordered my lunch at a muslim stall in the canteen of Midview City. It was a plate of rice with curry chicken and beef rendang. The price was $6 - which seemed to be rather high, compared to other places. The stall holder told me that he had to charge high price as the monthly rental for his small stall was $6,000. I do not like the high property prices, as it feeds into the high cost of living.
